Implement option for multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Microsoft Office 365 calendar integration.

Integrate desk booking user management with Microsoft Active Directory. That way employees are automatically imported from the directory.

The office manager would prepare health screening questions that employees would need to answer before coming to the office. This could be sent out in the evening or morning before coming to the office.

Integrate room booking to Joan Desk Booking app. That way we will unify the experience between the two Joan mobile apps.

Configure what is the maximum number of people in the office on each floor.

At the same time have clear information in the Joan Desk Web Portal at what capacity the floor or building is currently in.

Employees are not able to book their desks if the floor or building has reached its maximum defined capacity.

We currently have two separate portals: the Room portal and the Desk/Visitor portal. We plan to merge these two portals to create a unified design and user experience. With the merger, users will interact with only one portal and have a seamless experience regardless of which solution they use (Room, Desk, or Visitor).

Currently, users can only check in to a pre-booked desk. We will be adding additional actions soon:

• When a user scans a QR code of a desk that is not booked

• When a user scans a QR code of a desk that is booked by someone else

• When a user scans a QR code of a desk, but has a different desk booked
